Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 infrastructure. As a M365 Infrastructure Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of M365 environment, with a particular focus on Entra, Exchange, TEAMS, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain a robust and scalable M365 framework to fulfill the organization’s business needs and security requirements.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security measures to safeguard M365 data and communication channels, including email encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the M365 environment.
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in M365 technologies, assessing their potential impact on our infrastructure and recommending pertinent solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of M365 migration projects, including migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of M365 policies, procedures, and standards to uphold regulatory compliance and enhance data security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting complex M365 environments, including hybrid deployments and coexistence with legacy systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 infrastructure, encompassing Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Extensive experience with email security technologies and best practices, including anti-spam, anti-malware, and content filtering solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues promptly.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently and consistently delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
